These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Selbi, an AI customer operations platform operated by Selbi Technology Pvt Ltd ("Selbi", "we", "us"), available at selbi.app and https://app.selbi.app ("the Service"). By connecting your store or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Selbi connects to a merchant's Shopify store and support inbox (email, and optionally a website chat widget). It reads order, customer, and product data needed to respond to support conversations, drafts replies, and proposes actions that would change data in your store. Selbi does not take any action that changes your store without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting every proposed action.
You must have the authority to connect the Shopify store, shipping, payment, and inbox accounts you link to Selbi. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information your store and inbox provide to us.
Access to the Service is billed on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms, which are part of these Terms.

Drafted replies and proposed actions are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or misread a customer's message. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approving them, and for any reply sent to your customers, whether sent automatically or after your review, as configured in your account settings.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processors (Razorpay or Paddle, depending on your region) — we do not store your card details ourselves.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selbi Technology Pvt Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including accuracy of AI-generated content. Our total liability arising from your use of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
